Job Description
You will support clients in their own homes, administering medications safely, updating care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care. Working with the care management team, you will help meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the people we support, promoting independence at home.
Job Requirements :
You must demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Self-motivated and well-organised
- Effectively working on your own or as part of a team
- Work well under pressure
- Flexible to meet the needs of the people we support
- Able to build positive and professional relationships with clients and their families
Licence / Certifications:
- Valid NMC registration and a valid PIN (Required)
- 1-year previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care home (Required)
- Enhanced DBS certificate (Required)
